- Classic Homes is a custom home builder. We draw plans to suit your lifestyle. While production builders are limited in making changes to floor plans in their portfolio, Classic can modify any plan to any degree.*
- We have in-house architects ready to design your dream home. In addition to modifying floor plans, we can also create a completely new home design, or build from your custom plans.*
- Select your own lender. At Classic, we don’t require you to bank with a specific lender. We understand that your financial needs may differ from others, and you should be equally comfortable with your lender as you are with your builder. We have selected preferred lenders to make this decision easier for you. Our preferred lenders are determined based upon their rates, service and programs and are known to us to be the best in the industry for construction lending.
- We offer incredible value. Compare our prices for the same size home as our competition. For the same price or less, we offer so much more in the price. What other builders consider options and upgrades, we consider standard. You won’t have to worry about spending extra on additional hardwood flooring, oak stairs, expensive trim throughout the house, decorative recess lighting, upgraded kitchens, etc. because they are already included in our base prices!
- You won’t be charged more for the lot you choose. Classic won’t charge you a higher home price because of the lot you choose and moreover, we’ll give you free spending money! We know that some lots are more desirable than others, so we’re giving bonus incentives for building on certain lots in the community – up to $100,000! Use this to get even more in your home. Go ahead and choose your favorite lot…and don’t pay a penny more for it!
